At Cambridge Aero, we believe that servicing our customers is the most important aspect of our business. We make every effort possible to assure that the products you purchase from Cambridge Aero will function as designed.

If you are considering an upgrade to your instrument you have two options. First, you may return it to the factory or one of the Cambridge Aero Service Dealers. The GPS-NAV is not user upgradeable. It must be returned to a Service Dealer or the factory for upgrade.

The L-NAV demo is again available. while it is not the latest version, it will give you an idea of how the instrument works. You will need to unzip the file in a temp folder and use your browser the view the demo. See the README.txt file for instructions. Click here to download the file.

I notice that the new 302 manual refers to problems with some Prandtl/triple probes from the small static holes and potential pitot and static flow resistance mismatches. Can you be specific about any particular makes of probe to be avoided?

Cambridge Aero is happy to announce the long awaited IGC approval of our 302. This approval allows the competitive use of the instrument in non-motor gliders. Final approval for all ships is expected in early 2002.
